 I want to thank you and your entire crew for doing such a fantastic job on our bulkhead.  My wife Karen and I are very happy with the finished product, and we consider John, Steve, Alfredo and your entire team to be the very best at what they do.  I hope that I was not too much of a pain in watching your guys work, but I was more inquisitive than anything else.  I am sure your crew has other words to describe me other than “inquisitive”.  HA!
