 Docks & Decks-
We build top quality Docks with the attention to details that many others have abandoned. Each dock is carefully planned and all optional materials are discussed with our customer to insure that you get exactly what you want.
The most common materials are;
CCA - CCA is Pressure Treated lumber or Pilings that has been pressure-impregnated with a preservative which makes the wood resistant to attack by termites and the fungi that cause decay.
Vinyl - Here's the alternative to conventional materials you have to consider. Trex Wood-Polymer™ lumber brings together some of the best properties of wood and plastic. Compared to conventional decking lumber, Trex decking offers so much more: outstanding durability without preservatives or sealants, workability that wood can't match, and an elegant natural coloring that stays looking great year after year.
If you want to be the envy of your lagoon or canal, let us show you what we can do. Contact us today for a FREE Quote on your new dock. ..(See Our Work)

 Bulkheads & Seawalls-
We install all types of bulkheads, including commercial installations and waterfront home sites. Our team has the knowledge and machinery to complete your bulkhead with regard to the surrounding environment. The most common materials used in construction of bulkhead are listed below
CCA - CCA is Pressure Treated lumber or Pilings that has been pressure-impregnated with a preservative which makes the wood resistant to attack by marine borers and the fungi that cause decay.
Vinyl - Here's the alternative to conventional materials you have to consider.
C-LOC® engineered vinyl sheet piling. C-LOC® is more attractive, lighter weight, easier to install and more durable than stone, concrete, metal or wood. It will not rot, rust, corrode, crack or peel.
From a calm lake to the swift currents of canals and bridge areas, your bulkhead will be a well-constructed, lasting barrier. Contact us today for a FREE Quote on your new Bulkhead or Seawall..

"Boaters with lifts find the convenience and quick launch enhances the use of their boats. Having the boat on a lift makes boating more pleasant".
There is no calling ahead to make sure the marina has your boat ready, Your boat is five minutes from use. No ramping, waiting in line or physical exertion. With a Golden Boat Lift a higher resale value is realized by never exposing the hull to marine growth. Avoiding paints, restoration, and hull repairs increases the boat's resale by 20 to 40%.
A Golden Boat Lift can pay for itself, a dirty hull increases fuel consumption 15% or more. A boat lift will give you this lost "mileage." saving you money ...(More)

 Inspections-
Before Buying a waterfront home, get the Bulkhead, Seawall or Dock inspected! Undermining, caused by natural erosion (tidal flows, currents and land-sided water introductions) or "man-induced" erosion (boat propeller wash) and hydrostatic pressures (lack of management, poor drainage design, leaks from pools or extra-heavy precipitation) all can cause sea-wall failure on lake, river or ocean/bay construction assemblies. Poor original construction can also lead to premature failure. The above afflictions, as well as marine organisms, corrosion and soil pH can damage marine structures in ways that are not evident to the average home inspectors. Though they are often an overlooked system during a home inspection on waterfront properties, or purposely omitted because of the inspector's lack of expertise, training or in-water skills, the appurtenant marine structures distinctly affect the property's value.
Their condition must be taken into consideration in the overall assessment of the property improvements. Early discovery of failing conditions (that often are not readily apparent) can mean the difference between moderate-cost repairs and the major expense of complete reconstruction by a marine contractor.
